- To develop a marketing strategy for the company from scratch, establish performance KPIs, track and report on the marketing activities’ performance.

- Developed and implemented a complex automated marketing strategy from scratch to improve the number and quality of leads for the sales department and slush their manual prospecting efforts.
- Constructed ICPs through a thorough analysis of previous projects across the company, competitors analysis, and target market research.
- Created lead generation channels mix, and automated lead nurturing paths across channels: social media, paid advertising, website traffic, email marketing, and CRM.
- Drafted recommended messages per channel and segment, collaborated on creatives for banners and landings, and drafted ad copies.
- Allocated budget proposition by channel.
- Worked with the semantic core and content strategy of the website. Idaeted and wrote up content in English for all sections of the newly built company website.
- Developed a copywriting style guide.
- Delivered SEO optimization for each page, post, tag, and category.
- Monitored leading publishers and delivered weekly updates of the most important news in the IT industry to the company’s social media accounts.
- Researched statistics about the industry, analyzed the available data, and then presented the latest findings in a visually compelling way with the commentaries on the company’s social media accounts.
- Regularly tracking analytics, reporting them to COO and CTO, and making changes to sustain the quality and performance for each marketing channel.
- Putting in place a scoring system for MQLs and SQLs.
- Coordinating marketing tasks across departments: designers, front-end developers, copywriters, and sales representatives.
